Changing Default Programs in Windows

  1. Take the first step by right-clicking on your file. Next, select "Open With" and then choose "Choose another app" from the available options;
  2. Inside the popup window, scroll through the list of applications and specifically choose HDFView as the application to associate with your file;
  3. Check the "Always use this application" checkbox, and then click "OK" to apply the selected application as the default for opening files.
