What are the steps to set SmartWare as the default program to open files?
Changing the default program in Windows
- Right-click on your file and choose the "Open With" option. Then click "Choose another app" to continue the process;
- Inside the popup window, scroll through the list of applications and specifically choose SmartWare as the application to associate with your file;
- Check the "Always use this application" checkbox, and then click "OK" to apply the selected application as the default for opening files.

- Right-click or use Control + Left-click on the desired file to open a menu where you can choose from multiple actions;
- Select "Open in application" and click "Other";
- Scroll down to the bottom of the window, where you will find the "Enable" menu. Default, "Recommended Programs" will be selected;
- In this menu, choose "All Programs" and navigate to SmartWare. Check the box next to "Always open in app" to make it the default program.
