How do I designate INOVATE as the default program to open files?
Set default programs for Windows
- Start by right-clicking on your file, then select "Open With" and continue by clicking "Choose another app" from the options provided;
- In the pop-up window, find and select the INOVATE application from the available options;
- Make sure the "Always use this app" checkbox is checked and click "OK" to confirm your choice as the default app for opening files.
Change the default app for a file type in Mac
- Right-click or Control + left-click on the desired file to open a menu of available actions;
- Choose "Open in Application" and click "Other";
- Look at the bottom of the window, where you will see the "Enable" menu. "Recommended Programs" will be selected as the default option;
- In this menu, select "All Programs", then find INOVATE and check the box next to "Always open in the application."
