Audio Overload

Lack of software updates is a possible reason behind Audio Overload crash. Keep your developer products up to date by installing the latest updates.

Restarting your computer can resolve numerous common problems, so it should be the initial step before changing any software-related settings.

Changing the default program in Windows

1. To get started, right-click your file, then choose "Open With" and select "Choose Another Application" from the context menu;
2. Find the Audio Overload application in the pop-up window and select it as your preferred program;
3. Select the "Always use this application" check box and click "OK" to save your selection as the default application for opening files.

Change the default app that opens a file on Mac

1. Right click or use Control + Left Click on the desired file to access a dropdown menu of actions;
2. Select "Open in application" and click "Other";
3. Next, at the bottom of the window, you will see the "Enable" menu, in which "Recommended Programs" is selected by default;
4. Choose "All Programs" in this menu and search for Audio Overload. Check the box next to "Always open in app" to set it as the default option.
